1. Who we are

Stack Matrix operates stackmatrix.network. We provide IT services, informational financial-technology content, and selected recruitment. Contact: support@stackmatrix.network. Address: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Information we collect

• Contact form: name, email, optional phone and company, selected service, message, and IP address.
• Job applications: name, mobile number, optional email, resume file, IP address, and browser user agent.
• Administrator accounts: name, email, and a hashed password. Session cookies keep admins signed in.
• We do not collect payment card data or live trading account information through this website.

3. How we use it

Contact data is used to reply to enquiries. Application data is used only to review candidates for the role applied for. We do not publish applications, sell personal data, or use resumes for marketing.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data to take steps at your request before a contract (job applications and service enquiries), and where required to operate our website securely. This processing is intended to comply with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

5. Storage and access

Data is stored in PostgreSQL and resume files in local or S3-compatible object storage. Access is limited to authorised Stack Matrix administrators. Hosting currently runs on Hostinger infrastructure.

6. Retention

Contact messages and applications are kept for as long as needed to complete the enquiry or hiring process, then archived or deleted. Password-reset tokens expire after 30 minutes.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@stackmatrix.network. We will not disclose whether a given email exists in our admin system in public responses.

8. Transfers and processors

Email, hosting, and object storage providers may process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal information.
